REGULATIONS:

• Minimum age to participate: 6
• Minimum age to ride on your own: 16
• Minors aged 6 to 15 must participate on a shared basis accompanied by a paying adult
• This tour is not suitable for pregnant women, or persons with recent surgeries, heart conditions, or back problems.

• Lockers and key ( 5USD charged. At the end of the tour 3USD will be returned)
• Docking fee ( $10USD per person, to be paid directly at the front desk)

• SPEED BOAT and WAVE RUNNERS COMBO: 145USD PER ADULT.
• ONLY SPEED BOAT TOUR: 95USD PER ADULT (INDIVIDUAL) and $75USD PER ADULT (SHARED)
• ONLY WAVE RUNNER TOUR: $95USD PER ADULT(INDIVIDUAL) and $75USD PER ADULT (SHARED)
•  *The minimum age to ride the wave runners is 16. Children between 6 and 15 must  be accompanied by a paying adult*

CANCELLATIONS AND BOOKINGS POLICY 

• Prices are in USD or CAN Dollars. Some tours require full payment at the time of booking 
• Fee for 5% more for pay online 
• Our company does not cancel the tour because of the rain, this can be done only by the supplier.
•  If our supplier cancels your activities, you will receive a full refund without penalty.
• If you don’t show up without previous notification to us you will not get a refund.
• All cancellations must be made directly with Canada Transfers, not with suppliers.
• For cancelation or reschedule without penalty, call us at least before 6:00 pm, 2 days before the excursion.
