Limits are set by the park’s safety system and must be confirmed for every participant before booking. Travelers outside the permitted range may still enjoy other parts of the visit but should not expect an exception at check-in.

Are rappelling and the jungle ATV ride required parts of this package?

No. They are optional additions and are not necessary to complete the included cave, zip-line, and cenote experience. Add them only after checking age, health, footwear, timing, and the additional price.

Can a non-swimmer enjoy the Aktun Chen cenote portion?

A life jacket and guide instructions may support limited participation, but comfort in water is important. Non-swimmers should disclose their ability before the tour and may choose to remain in designated dry or shallow areas when available.
