We used this transfer service for our second trip this year to the Moon Palace in Cancun. My first observation would be they are less than half the price we paid for the service booked through the Moon Palace AND they showed up with lovely cold towels and cold beers and sodas that we had requested (for a nominal additional fee).
Our driver was Vincente Perez and he exceeded all expectations. He is a sweet, very articulate and knowledgeable man who impressed us so much during the short drive to the Moon Palace that we requested him for our trip we had scheduled to Chichen Itza.

The price for a transfer was $35USD each way and we were greeted outside the airport when we landed and promptly at our asked for departure time. The drivers were fluent in English
